Staying healthy is essential; however finding healthy and delicious foods can be a bit of a challenge. When many individuals think of a healthy diet they associate it with eating cardboard. However, the truth is that eating healthy is not only great for your body, but it is delicious too.

Sweet Potatoes
These potatoes are excellent for dinner. Try mixing in a little applesauce and you have delicious mashed potatoes. These potatoes are full of Vitamin C, fiber, potassium, and carotenoids. These are great--you will love them!

Crispbread
If you have never had Ry Krisp, Ryvita, or Wasa, you are missing out on a delicious treat. Do not let the fat free label steer you away; they taste good! Plus, they are crunchy. Add a little fat free cheese on a cracker and you are good to go.

Milk is a wonderful source of calcium and an array of vitamins. Milk is also a great source of protein without the cholesterol. If you would rather drink fortified soy milk, you will receive the same benefits. Just steer away from whole milk.

10-Minute Brown Rice
While white rice is not very nutritional, brown rice is! Brown rice is filled with a number of different minerals and vitamins and is a great way to supplement a meal. The instant rice is extremely easy to cook and is quick too.
