Following a Healthy Eating Plan
Living a full, healthy life starts with a well-balanced meal plan that includes regular exercise. Reports are always changing on what is healthy these days, but generally speaking, you will know when you are living a healthy lifestyle. - Be physically active. For at least 30 minutes each day.

- Avoid or cutback on foods and beverages with added (or natural) sugars.

- Try fresh fish at least twice a week.
- Eat less junk food.
- Avoid exposure and use of tobacco products, drugs, and/or alcohol.
- If you do drink, drink in moderation.
- Make your own meals, and avoid boxed dinners.
- Learn what the food label means to you and your family.
- Avoid MSG.
- Eat out less.
- Chew your food longer.
