Aromatherapy Essential Oil: Hazardous List
When it comes to feeling good naturally, nothing has had more of an impact on our lives than aromatherapy essential oil. Reported to help with everything from gout to depression, these pure essentials have taken a firm grip in our lives. Safe for young, old, pregnant, men, women, and children, just a dab of certain aromatics go a long way in improving our quality of life.
When using aromatherapy essential oil, you should realize not everything is going to prove beneficial. There are many hazardous components that can prove dangerous to anyone. If you are pregnant, you should avid more than just what is on this list. Please, keep in mind that the following list is not complete and only shows a few of the more infamous of the hazardous aromatherapy essential oils.

Aromatherapy essential oil can be a versatile and unique way to gain relief and comfort even when traditional medicines do not work. Staying safe means understanding that not all of these potential aromatics are safe. If you are not sure of the safety of a potential aromatic, simply play it safe and do not use the aromatic.
Remember, this is a beginning list of common aromatics or ingredients found in aromatherapy essential oil and by know means complete. Even common herbs such as wintergreen and peppermint we may consider acceptable are not always acceptable to use as aromatics. In addition, pregnancy is a time of change in our bodies and souls. Extreme caution should be taken with all aromatics. This should be a positive time in your life not negatively affected by the aromatics you utilize.
